i! began in 2022 as a way for artists to explore new musical ideas in a strictly non-commercial, non-career-oriented setting. All of the music associated with the collective is released as close to anonymously as possible for free on Bandcamp, and artists are encouraged to explore new sonic worlds and identities.

On this, our thirteenth issue, approaching four years since the project was inaugurated, as we present our forty-first individual music release, we reiterate these aims.

Although our music will always be available free of charge, we have added a pay-what-you-want option for our entire body of work on Bandcamp. All funds raised during the run of this issue will be used to fund a donation to Medical Aid for Palestinians.

Our work spans improvized jazz fusion, field recordings, gettotech, lo-fi house, new age ambient, brutalist punk, folk, trance, whatever the fuck Telemachus is, and beyond. More will follow. time ceaseless.
